Labour and training: the new web portal IUL@work

A web portal dedicated to safety and organisation of work environments, corporate responsibility, and professional qualifications and development.

This is the new challenge set by the online University, IUL, which has published its new website Iul@work, an online environment where it is possible to find professional and updating courses for all professional figures from employees to managers and entrepreneurs.

The educational provision, available on the website www.iulatwork.it is updated with the current regulations, the Unified text on safety at work (Legislative decree 81/08), the State-Regions agreement, Europe 2020 strategy and the regulation on Administrative Liability of Legal Entities (Legislative decree 231/2001).

«The courses provision – Flamino Galli, General Director of Indire and President of IUL declared – enable students to expand their knowledge through hands-on experience. On the portal there are also specific contents, available free of charge, to delve into themes related to the culture of work and professional ethics. Its aim is to provide users with vast knowledge of problematic situations and their risks, through increased awareness of prevention rules and organisational culture».

The courses can be purchased from the website and is organised into video lessons, slides, handouts, and deepening materials. A team of experts is always available to answer users’ questions.

The portal is also a constantly updated magazine, where highly specialised contents are published to spread knowledge and delve into different aspects of work: organisation, health and safety, ethics and business management. Scientific articles, interviews and best practises are aimed to give answers and stimulate curiosity on the “culture of work”.
