As regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, the European Commission set specific indications to appeal to the cause of force majeure for incoming, outgoing and cancelled mobility projects, in the affected areas (notes n.005 of 31.01.2020, n.012 of 25.02.2020 and n. 014 of 10.03.2020).

For specific information students must refer to their home universities. 

However, students are recommended to observe the behavioral rules in force in hosting states.
