Food and learning, because Media Education begins in the kitchen

Do you want to know more about food anthropology and the primordial connection between food and learning? Do you know DigCompConsumers, the European reference framework to support and improve consumers’ digital skills?

“Everyone at the table! Because Media Education begins in the kitchen” is the free online educational material created by Paolo Masini on the occasion of the Summer School 2021 organized by MED, the Italian Media Education Association. Media Education is an educational activity that promotes the education of young people to a critical understanding of the media, understood not only as tools, but in a broader sense as language and culture.

The course explores the concept of Slow food & Slow Education and tells us about a tool to support the planning and sharing of learning: the Learning Designer.
