The challenge of “Epale Edu Hack” to design together the CPIA of the future. Presentation event

On 9 and 10 November the EPALE Italia Unit, in collaboration with EGInA Foligno and the national ICT IdA network of Ridap, promotes a social hackathon aimed at CPIA’s teachers and students with the aim of offering a space in which think and act collectively, where every single element can be compared with the others to contribute, thanks to their potential, knowledge and creativity, to solve an educational challenge with the help of specialized mentors and with the help of new technologies.

Participants will be divided into teams led by experts and will work together to co-create innovative digital solutions capable of addressing a particular educational challenge in the adult education sector, but what is the challenge in question? and what to do to solve it?

The challenge faced will focus on the design of new learning environments in CPIAs for integrated digital teaching.

To prepare the teams to solve the challenge, a series of training sessions reserved for members will be proposed on the following topics:

  • New educational environments (physical and virtual) for learning and cooperative learning
  • Elements of design and integration of environments
  • Creation of digital content

To present the initiative, Epale Italy is organizing an online event on 24 September from 10 am to 1 pm open to all and which will take place in live streaming on the Epale platform.

The meeting will be attended by Maria Ranieri (UniFI), Renato Cazzaniga (ICT IdA purpose network), Elena Mosa (Indire), Lorenza Venturi (Epale Italy).

We will soon publish the detailed programme and complete information on the Social hackathon #EpaleEduHack.

Stay tuned!
