What does it mean to be an eTwinning School?
Becoming an eTwinning School is a recognition of the school’s achievements in eTwinning, where teachers and school management are active promoters of innovative and inclusive teaching, acting as a point of reference for all other schools based on the values inherent in the mission of the eTwinning Schools.
The awarding of the eTwinning School also has the objective of giving birth to a new network of pioneering European schools in didactics innovation and in the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and skills inside and outside the school walls:
- eTwinning schools are committed to implementing shared leadership
- eTwinning schools demonstrate a great commitment to collaboration, sharing and teamwork
- eTwinning school students are agents of change
- eTwinning schools are role models for other schools
- eTwinning schools are institutions for inclusive and innovative learning
