On 12 and 13 May Bologna hosted the conference «Education Governance and Leadership for inclusive Digital Transformation» organised by the Department of Management of the University of Bologna in collaboration with ELA-European Association for Education Law and Policy.

The objective of the two-day event was to collect and systematize best practices for inclusion in education and discuss the most recent international scientific research on education, in view of achieving the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.

INDIRE took part in the initiative with the participation of its President, Cristina Grieco, at the round table focused on the theme of digital transformation and inclusion. The Institute had, in fact, accepted the invitation of prof. Angelo Paletta of DISA (Department of Business Sciences) with which the Research Structure “Evaluation of innovation processes” stipulated an agreement for a study on “Leadership for equity”. The President spoke of Indire’s role in supporting school innovation processes, but also in promoting school governance models that are functional to improving performance and supporting inclusion.
