The institutes of the network

The conservation institutes listed below retain historical collections of notebooks and educational written production and have formally joined the national documentary network, agreeing to accumulate their local databases within the national FISQED catalogue.

Direzione didattica statale di Vetralla (VT)

The Direzione didattica statale di Vetralla (VT) contains

  • The “Collection of school registers” series, consisting of 569 documentary units, covering a period between 1876 and 1990.

The series within the cataloguing forms is divided as follows:

  • from number 1 to number 250 (school registers);
  • from number 251 to number 317 (registers of teachers’ attendance, registers of teaching positions and substitutes, general registers of grades,
  • exit registers, graduation registers, loan registers);
  • from number 318 to number 450 (administrative and budget documentation);
  • from number 451 to number 569 (personnel files).

The archive is now divided into series, each in chronological order, and includes the documentation of the nursery and elementary schools of the Circolo didattico of Vetralla and – in some cases – of Capranica and Ronciglione. The schools included are in Vetralla and its hamlets.
