Integration models for the relationship between school and work
Integration models for the relationship between school and work is an INDIRE’s research project that investigates the most effective ways to connect school and work, also in the European context.
The field of investigation concerns activities that encourage the development of soft skills, fundamental activities for a good and appropriate contamination between school and the world of work and to overcome that disconnection between the skills needed in education and those necessary at work. The research is carried out through a historical observation of educational, labour and industrial policies.
It is based on an analysis of the scientific literature and on an empirical study aimed at providing a thorough knowledge of ongoing experiences.
The project “Integration models for the relationship between school and work” produces and supplies to the school community scientific and operational tools regarding the curriculum, teaching, organisation and governance.
