Board of Directors’ members are in office for five years, pursuant to Indire’s Statute. The board of directors took office on 18 October 2021

From 27 June, 2022, pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors no. 15/2022 prot. no. 21758 of 27 June, 2022, Cristina Grieco, a member of the Board of Directors, assumed the role of Acting President.
