The online environment supporting the training of newly hired teachers, tenured teachers and teachers carrying out the FIT (initial training and traineeship) annual programme has opened.

In the following months until the end of the school year, this online environment will be the place where newly hired teachers will consolidate and complete their training.

The online environment will guide teachers in the accomplishment of the training portfolio and help them documenting the activities carried out during the training and probation year: training curriculum, initial skills assessment, documentation of training workshops and teaching activities, final assessment and future training needs. In the section dedicated to the final Dossier, teachers can view at any time a summary of what has been done and export the portfolio in pdf format.

The area reserved to tutors will be available in spring 2021.
