We are sad and distressed to hear the news of the premature death of Orazio Miglino, professor of developmental and educational psychology of the university “Federico II di Napoli” and associated researcher of the Institute of Cognitive Science and Technology of the CNR in Rome. Professor Miglino collaborated with our institute concerning the research on maker and digital fabrication and recently sustained also the research on small schools, with a special focus on slow thinking processes in multiple classes.

He was an enthusiastic and motivated researcher, a friend capable of receiving and sharing, a visionary and a guide who leaves a great void in the research group and in all of us.

Our last farewell is for him. We will always take with us the memory of him and his passion for study and research.
