Maker Faire Rome 2022: the calls for schools, makers, universities and research institutions are open
Also this year “Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition” is back.
The event – promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome and organized by Innova Camera – will be held from 7 to 9 October, at the Gazometro Ostiense in-person (some events will be also online) and will address all the key components of innovation: from digital manufacturing to the Internet of Things, from robotics to artificial intelligence, from the circular economy to agritech, passing through biohacking, big data and aerospace.
All this will be done by promoting the development of the culture of innovation in the entrepreneurial fabric and bringing young people closer to the work scenarios of tomorrow.
The 2022 edition is the tenth of an event that has grown and evolved over time, always remaining a point of reference for all those who want to change the world, for the better, with their creativity. Ten years of innovations and ideas that have turned into concrete projects and inventions that have improved and revolutionized entire sectors of our society, making possible what, until a few years ago, seemed unattainable.
Ten editions of MFR, face to face and online, have brought together companies, universities, schools, research centres, people, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, skills from all over the globe, creating ever stronger and indissoluble bonds thanks to a universal language: innovation.
For the occasion, #MFR2022 will be a real “special edition” preceded and followed by a series of digital events and initiatives that do not end with the three classic days of the event.
All Maker Faire Rome calls are open, with a deadline set for June 26, 2022.
