At Fair Didacta Italy on 29 September there will be two workshops on 3D printers. Indire has been experimenting for more than 3 years on the use of 3D printers in infant and primary schools, with the projects: Maker@school, 3D Primary school and building toys with 3D printers.

The teachers participating to the workshops will have the chance to use a 3D drawing software and print objects. (Makers and school: 3D printers in infant schools, 29/09 from 1pm to 4pm and Makers and school:   3D printers in Primary schools 29/09, from 4.15pm to 7.15 pm).

«During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn the entire 3D printing process, from drawing to the realisation of objects, using also software entirely developed by Indire for schools, such as SugarCAD and in3Dire», as explained in the video by Lorenzo Guasti coordinator of the three projects.
