“Wine and food Tourism”, in the Langhe a multilateral eTwinning seminar for teachers of European VET schools

One of the priorities of eTwinning in 2022 is the promotion and enhancement of educational experiences of which teachers from educational institutions of the vocational education and training system are protagonists.

For this reason, the eTwinning Italy National Unit – in collaboration with some other National Units of the participating countries – organizes from 4 to 6 October 2022 in Alba (CN) (in the famous Langhe area), a multilateral seminar dedicated to teachers in service in VET Institutes with priority to those specialized in the sectors of tourism, food and wine and hotel hospitality.

The seminar has as its main objectives the knowledge of the European School Education platform/eTwinning and its potential and the creation of new eTwinning projects with themes related to VET subjects. By way of example: business simulations in the food and wine tourism sector, creation of tourist itineraries linked to the riches of the territory, creation of food and wine products or services that enhance local resources, campaigns and promotional materials that help to valorise products/itineraries of the territories with low tourist attraction.
